CHEGODILU




INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Rice flour
1/2 cup socked Moong dal
1 tbs Cumin seeds
1 tbs Tymol seeds/ajwain
1/2 tbs Hing
1 tbs Red chilly powder
Salt
Oil
Water


HOW TO PREPARE:

   .Heat water in a pan(according to flour use water)
    add salt,chilly powder,cuminseeds,tymolseeds hing
    and 1 tbs oil saute till the water gets boil
   .Then add rice flour mix well make it like chapati
    dough then rest it for 10 minutes and roll them
    in to round by adding moong dal
   .For deep fry heat oil in a pan slowly put in to
    hot oil deep fry till those cook
   .Now your crispy chigodilu is ready to eat.
