Munagaku rice | How to make drumstick leaves rice recipe




Drumstick leaves rice recipe:

Drumstick leaves which commonly known as Moringa Olivera leaves have been researched recently for any medical purposes.Drumstick leaves are very commonly used to make stir fry,dal,sambar or drumstick curry,chutney.though we have drumstick trees in our backyard,my grand mother and mom both likes to make drumstick leaves fry.Drumstick leaves are said to normalize blood sugar,protect the healthy eyes,strengthen the bones and are recommended to be used frequently.Its healthy,simple and easy to make drumstick leaves rice.

A simple drumstick leaves rice  recipe:

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup drumstick leaves
1 cup boiled rice
4 garlic cloves
6 green chilly
3 tbs peanuts
2 tbs chana dal
1/4 tbs red chilly powder
turmeric powder
1 spring curry leaves
salt to taste
oil
Tempering- mustard seeds,cumin seeds,urad dal,chana dal-2 tbs
1 spring curry leaves
2 red chilly




STEP BY STEP PHOTOS TO MAKE MUNAGAKU RICE RECIPE:

.Heat 2 tbs oil in a pan add peanuts,chana dal,cumin seeds saute till they turn brown.

.Add green chilly,garlic cloves fry till they change color (saute for 2 minutes)then add drumstick  leaves fry un till leaves gets cook.now add red chilly powder,salt,turmeric powder after 1 minute  switch off the flame .cool down



.Take mixi jar add cooked mixture,salt and griend it to a fine paste.



.For tempering heat oil in a pan add tempering ingredients ,red chilly,curry leaves saute till they turn  brown pour the griended mixture and saute it for 2 minutes and add boiled rice mix gently (don't mix too much rice will mash)



.Now switch off the flame and sprinkle lemon juice and mix well.
.Now your tasty,healthy,delicious drumstick leaves rice is ready.
