Spring onion pulusu | How to make ullikadala pulusu | Andhra style spring onion pulusu recipe



INGREDIENTS:

1 cup chopped Spring onion
1/2 cup Green peas
1/2 cup Tamarind juice
1/4 cup chopped Tomato
4 Green chilly
1 tbs Ginger Garlic paste
1 tbs red Chilly powder
1/2 tbs Cumin powder
1 tbs Rice flour
Pinch jaggery
Coriander leaves
Turmeric powder
Salt
Oil
Tempering-mustard seeds,cumin seeds,urad dal,chana dal,curry leaves.
                                           

METHOD:

.Heat oil in a pan add tempering ingredients saute for a minute add green chilly,ginger
 garlic paste and cook till raw flavor gone.
 

                          



.Add spring onion,green peas put lid on cook it for 3 minutes add red chilly powder,turmeric
 powder,salt,cumin powder and mix well.

 .After 2 minutes add tamarind juice while boiling add jaggery take a bowl add rice flour mix
  well pore this into curry (to get thickness of batter i am using rice flour).

.Finally garnish with cilantro.now your taste spring onion pulusu is ready to serve with
 rice,dosa,puri.
