SEMIYA UPMA








INGREDIENTS:

1 cup roasted Semiya
1/2 cup chopped Onion
3 chopped Green chilly
1 tbs Urad dal&Chana dal
2 tbs Ground nut
1 tbs Cumin seeds&Mustard seeds
1 tbs Cashew nuts
1 tbs chopped Ginger
1 1/2 cup Water
Curry leaves
Cilantro
Salt
Hing 
Oil/Ghee


HOW TO PREPARE:


    .Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds,cumin seeds 
     chanadal and urad dal saute for few seconds 
   .Now  add cashew nuts till u get slight coloring then
     add chopped ginger,green chilly,hing,curry leaves 
     onions and salt saute for a minute, u don't want the  
     onion to be golden coloring just slightly sweated 
   .Now add 11/2 cup of water and  bring this to boiling 
    then we are going to add semiya and mix well sprinkle
    some cilantro let it simmer for one more minute then serve it. 
     
    [If your not having roaster semiya, take the normal semiya 
     roast  with ghee then use]
