ONION PARATHA


INGREDIENTS:

1 cup finely chopped Onion
5 finely Green chilly
1/2 cup finely chopped Cilantro
1 tbs Cumin powder
1 tbs Coriander powder
1/2 tbs Garam masala
2 cups Wheat flour
Water
Salt
Oil
                                                         
                                                            
METHOD:

1. Take a bowl add wheat flour, salt, oil and water to make soft dough and rest it for 2 minutes.

                                     
2. Now take another bowl add onions, cumin powder,  garam masala powder, coriander powder, red
   chilli powder,green chilli, coriander leaves, little of salt mix it well.
3. Heat oil in a pan add onion mixcture cook till onion loose its moicture(In another way u can
 squeeze the water from onion,directly mix all spices and use),and make a small dumpling.

                                           

4. Now take small dumpling of dough and make small puri with hand and stuff the onion mixture
   and  seal the edges nicely, then roll it gently like paratha.
5. Heat oil in tawa add paratha and cook both the side, serve it into plate.
                                       
6. Now your taste Onion paratha is ready to serve with raitha,mango pickle.

MINT PARATHA




INGREDIENTS:

1 cup finely chopped Mint
4 finely chopped Green chilly
1/2 tbs Red chilly powder
1 tbs Cumin,Coriander powder
2 cups Wheat flour
Salt
water
Oil/Ghee
                                                          
METHOD:

1.Take a bowl add wheat flour, salt, oil and water to make soft dough and rest it for 2 minute. 

                      
               
2.Take a bowl add chopped mint leaves,green chilly,red chilly powder,cumin powder,coriander      powder 1 tbs ghee and salt mix well.
                                                           
3.Now take small dumpling of dough and make chapatti spread oil and pudhina on top of it and 
   fold   it  in a  triangle shape sprinkle some flour roll it as a  triangle shape.
4. Heat oil in a pan add paratha and cook both the side, serve it into plate. 
                                    
                           
  5. Now your taste pudhina paratha is ready to serve with raitha.

Cauliflower paratha | How to make gobi paratha



INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup grated Cauliflower
3 finely chopped Green chilly
1/2 tbs Cumin powder
1/2 tbs Amchur powder
1/2 tbs Pepper powder
1/4 tbs Red chilly powder
1/4 cup finely chopped Coriander leaves
2  cups Wheat flour
2 tbs Butter
Water
Salt
Oil

METHOD:

.Take a bowl add wheat flour, oil, salt, mix it with water make a soft dough, cover this
 dough with wet cloth and rest it for 15 minutes.

                                                 
 .Take another bowl add butter, pepper powder, jeera powder (cumin seed powder), amchur powder,
 chilly powder, salt, chopped coriander mix it well. Add grated cauliflower, mix this well and
 divide the mixture in to equal portions.

                     
.Take the dough ball with the help of the fingers make a small dumpling, place one portion of the cauliflower stuffing in the center of the dough and seal it.
.Flatten the stuffed ball and dip it into the dry flour on both sides, using a rolling pin, roll out the
 stuffed ball into a round shape.
.Place the rolled paratha on the heated griddle, using very little butter  cook it on both sides till golden brown.

                                                       

 .Serve this with curd,raitha and mango pickle.

Garlic paratha | How to make vellulli paratha


INGREDIENTS:

2 cups Wheat flour
8 Garlic cloves crushed
1 tbs Dry mango powder (amchoor powder)
1 tbs Pepper crushed
1 tbs Cumin powder
1 tbs Rice flour
2 tbs Ghee
1 tbs Oil
Salt To Taste

HOW TO PREPARE:

   .Take a bowl add whole wheat flour, salt, oil,
    water make this in to soft dough, keep it aside.
   .Take a bowl add ghee, salt, rice flour, mix this
    well in this add cumin powder, crushed pepper powder,
    amchoor powder,garlic crushed (put it in to the blender)
    mix it well.
   .Divide the dough in to equal portions, Roll out each
    portion into thin round roti. Spread  the garlic mixture over
    the roti and roll the paratha and fold it like a fan fold and
    press with hand, using rolling pin roll the paratha thin round.
   .Cook the paratha till brown spots appears on both the sides.
