RICE CRACKERS (CHEKKALU)






INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Rice flour
1/2 cup soaked Chana dal
2 Green chilly
1/2 tbs Ginger
1 tbs Butter
1 tbs cumin seeds
1 tbs Sesame seeds
Curry leaves
Salt
Oil

HOW TO PREPARE:

   . Make green chilly,ginger,curry leaves course  paste
   . Take a bowl add rice flour,green chilly,ginger,curry leaves
     paste,sesame seeds,jeera,butter,chana dal and salt one mix all
     the ingredients then pore some water mix well till u get tight
     dough
   . To prepare chekklu take the some dough put it in polythene
     sheet press it the edges should crack then only your dough is
      correct
   . For deep fry heat oil keep it in slow flame while deep frying
     chekkalu.
