INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Oats
1 cup Sooji
1 cup of Curd/Butter milk
1/4 cup finely chopped Beans
1/4 cup grated Carrot
1 tbs finely chopped Green chilly
1 tbs finely chopped Ginger
Baking soda
Salt
Water
HOW TO COOK:
.First we are going to blend this oats till it fine powder
.Then take a bowl add oats powder,sooji,soda,salt and
butter milk mix well then add green chilly,beans,carrot and
ginger mix well same like idly batter
.Rest it for 10 minutes(because sooji has to observe some
moisture/other wise sooji sock for 10 minutes then add)
.Now drop the batter in a idly tray put it in a streamer
then let it cook for 10-15 minutes switch off the flame
.Serve it with idly chutney /idly powder.
