PURI

       I like  to  eat  puri this is my favorite breakfast .
        Tip-sooji  helps to puff the  poori's it will remain puff for longer time
                                                           


INGREDIENTS:

2 cups Wheat flour
1/2 cup Semolina
Salt
Water
 Oil

DIRECTIONS:

1.Take a bowl and add wheat flour,sooji,salt,little oil and mix it,later add water and make tight    dough.Now rest the dough for 15-20 minutes.



2.Divide the dough into small portions and roll the puri’s 

                                              

3.Heat oil in a pan and fry the puri’s later transfer it into paper towel.
  
                                          

   .Now your tasty puri is ready to serve with rajma masala/onion besan curry/allo kurma.
