CARROT FRY





INGREDIENTS:

1 cup chopped Carrot peaces
6 Green chilly
2 tbs Coconut powder
Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Oil  
Tempering -red chilly,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,chana dal,curry leaves

METHOD:

1.First prepare the course paste of both green chilly and coconut powder(you can use fresh      coconut/dry coconut)
   

                                       

2.Heat oil in a pan add tempering saute for few seconds then add carrot peace mix well place lid on  fry un till carrot become soft

                                                   


                                       


3.Now add green chilly,coconut paste and salt mix well after 5 minutes switch off the flame

                                         


4.Your tasty carrot fry is ready to serve with rice,chapati and roti.
