POTATO FRY



INGREDIENTS:

1 cup chopped Potato
3 Green chilly
1/2 tbs Ginger  and Garlic paste
1/2 tbs Red chilly powder
1 tbs Coriander powder
1 tbs Coconut powder
1/2 tbs garam masala
Turmeric powder
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil  
Tempering-red chilly,mustard seeds,jeera,chana dal,curry leaves

METHOD:

1.Heat oil in a pan add tempering saute for few seconds then add ginger garlic paste,
   green chilly    saute for 2 minutes add potato peace and mix well place lid on fry
    un till potato become soft
2.Now add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,coconut powder,
  garam masala and salt mix well after 5 minutes  switch off the flame and garnish
  with coriander leaves
3.Your tasty potato fry is ready to serve with rice and chapati.
