CARROT CAPSICUM FRY





INGREDIENTS:

1 cup chopped Carrot peaces
1 cup chopped capsicum peaces
2 Green chilly
3/4 tbs red chilly powder
1 tbs coriander  powder
1 tbs cumin powder
1 tbs garam masala
4  chopped garlic cloves
Turmeric powder
cilantro
Salt to taste
Oil  
Tempering-red chilly,mustard seeds,jeera,chana dal,curry leaves

METHOD:

1.Heat oil in a pan add tempering saute for few seconds then add garlic cloves,green chilly
  saute for 2 minutes
2.Now  add carrot and capsicum mix well place lid and fry un till carrot and capsicum become soft

                                                 
3.Now add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala and        salt mix well after 5 minutes switch off the flame,garnish with cilantro.
                                     
4.Your tasty carrot and capsicum  fry is ready to serve with rice and chapatti.
