INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Boiled rice
1 cup small size chopped Spring onion
3 chopped Green chilly
1 tbs finely chopped Ginger
1 small Lemon
1 tbs Urad dal
1/2 tbs Chana dal
5 Red chilly(less spicy chilly)
1 tbs Cumin seeds
1/4 tbs Mustard seeds
10 broken Cashew nuts
Salt
Oil
FIRST MAKE A POWDER:
.Heat 1/2 tbs oil in pan add chana dal,1/2 tbs urad dal,red chilly,cuminseeds saute till
they turn brown and make a little course powder.
METHOD:
.Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds let them splutter,add cashew nuts,1/2 tbs urad dal saute
till they turn little brown.Add green chilly,ginger saute for a minute add spring onions place
lid cook it in a low flame for 2 minutes.
off the flame,finally sprinkle lemon juice .
.Now your taste spring onion rice is ready to serve hot.
