Mashroom biryani recipe | How to make easy mashroom biryani



Mushroom biryani recipe - Learn how to make mashroom biryani with step by step photos:

Mashroom is a power house of nutrition,have high anti oxidants,many other nutrients and are said to increase immunity.They can be added to every day vegetables to prepare curry,stir fry,fried
rice,pulao and even a flavorful biryani. Though we don't like mashroom much, i prepare to get
the health benefits they provide.



Mashroom are called as puttagodugulu in telugu, khumb in hindi,kalan in tamil.I am sharing a simple Mashroom biryani recipe made with white button  mashroom. You can use home made garam masala  powder or biryani masala powder.

Simple Mashroom biryani recipe below:

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups Bashmati rice (shock it for 30 minutes)
1 1/2 cup chopped musroom
1/2 cup lenth wise chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup curd
5 green chilly
1/2 cup Pudhina
1/2 cup chopped Coriander
1/4 cup Black cumin seeds
10 Cloves
3 Cinnamon sticks
3 Bay leaves
7 Cardamom
2 Javitri
4 1/2 cups water
3 tbs Coriander powder
1 tbs cumin powder
Salt to taste
Oil/Ghee

                                                 

FOR MASALA PASTE:

1/2 cup chopped onion
5 green chilly
2 tbs ginger garlic paste
1/4 cup pudhina and coriander leaves.



METHOD:

 .Heat ghee/oil in a bowl add black cumin,bay leaves,cinnamon stick,cardamom,cloves and javitri
  saute it for few minutes.

 .Then add chopped onion,green chilly saute till they turn golden brown and add masala paste
   saute till it turn golden now add tomato cook till tomato gets mash.

                 

                  
  .And add pudhina,coriander leaves and mushroom place the lid and cook it for 8 minutes and add
   coriander powder,cumin powder,salt and turmeric powder mix well after 2 minutes add curd.

             
                 

.Then add socked rice,water mix all ingredients and cook it in a medium flame,un till rice cook
  properly.


                

 .Now your taste delicious musroom biryani is ready to serve with raita.
