Potato soya chunks curry: It's a low calorie recipe comprising of soya and aloo. Soya potato curry recipe one of the easiest soya recipes that one can make. This Soya potato curry can be very well prepared.The taste would be completely different by covered cooking. It goes good with chapathi,puri and rice.

INGREDIENTS:
Soya nuggests - 250 grms/1 cup
Potatoes - 2
Tomatoes - 3 chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbs
Onion chopped - 1
Green chilies - 4
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbs
Red chilly powder - 1 tbs
Coriander powder - 1/2 tbs
Coconut powder - 1 tbs
Garam masala -1/2 tbs
Salt to taste
A few Curry leaves
Coriander leaves few
Oil
STEP BY STEP PHOTOS TO MAKE POTATO MEAL MAKER CURRY RECIPE:
.Sock the soya chunks in water for 10 minutes.
.Heat oil in a wide pan add mustard seeds,cumin seeds saute till they splutter add chana dal urad dal and red chilly saute till they turn brown add onion,ginger garlic paste saute till raw flavor is gone.
.And add green chilly and curry leaves saute for a minute add potato peaces fry untill potato half done.
.At this point add red chilly powder,salt,turmeric powder,coriander powder,garam masala and mix well place the in a low flame cook it for a minutes,then add socked soya nuggests some water according to your requirement (2 small glsses)do not add too much water place the lid in a low flame cook it for 8 minutes.
