Onion kachori | How to make Pyaaj Ki Kachori Recipe | Khasta Kachori Recipe

                       



khasta kachori recipe: Onion Kachori is commonly known as Pyaaz ki kachori/khasta kachori this is an amazing snack dish. This is made by stuffing a yummy onion mix in the kachori and
deep  fried.This is one of the favorite snack of my family,my 2 years daughter also likes to eat this kachori.

 A simple onion kachori recipe:

INGREDIENTS:(240 ml cup used)

All purpose flour 1 cup
Onion finely chopped  2
Green chilly  finely chopped 2
coriander leaves 1/4 bunch / 1/4 cup
Oil for deep fry
Besan flour 2 tbs
Coriander powder  1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4  tsp
Amchur powder 1/2  tsp
Ajwain seeds - 1 tbs
Salt To taste
Garam masala 1/4 tsp



STEP BY STEP PHOTOS TO MAKE ONION KACHORI RECIPE:

.Take a pan add oil for deep fry and heat it, add cumin seeds saute for a minute add finely chooped  green chilly saute till green chilly turns color/fry well.




.Now add chopped onions, salt saute till the onions transparent add chilly powder, garam masala,
`salt, turmeric powder,coriander powder,amchur powder mix well saute for 2 minutes.



.And add besan flour  after 2 minutes lastly add cilantro and mix all of this, and transfer this masala  in to a plate,let it cool down.


.Take a bowl add all purpose flour and add salt, oil/ghee,water and mix nicely to make a soft dough.  (like puri dough).





.Divide the  dough into a equal portion, and spread it evenly,with the fingers or using rolling pin.


. And take some mixture and stuff it  and seal it, and  flatten the kachori .





4. Heat oil in a pan and place kachori and deep fry it on slow flame.Till kachori turns golden  color.



.Now your tasty yummy kachories  ready to serve hot with sweet chutney/pudhina chutney.
