Onion puri curry (with out potatoes)/ Ullipaya puri curry


Onion puri cuurry : My Recipes are very unique and fit for busy women specially working
womens. This is the Famous Indian poori combination curry. It was delicious and tasty curry.

INGREDIENTS:

Oil    2 tbs
Mustard seeds     1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds     1/2 tbs
Onions(chopped)  2 cup
Green chillies   8  nos
Curry leaves  1 spring
Salt  To taste
Turmeric powder  1/4 tsp
Water    1/2 cup
Besan flour   3 tsp




A simple onion puri curry recipe:

  5 mins    10 mins      15 mins

A STEP BY STEP PHOTOS TO MAKE ULLIPAYA PURI CURRY METHOD:

1.Heat 1 tbs oil in a pan, mustard seeds,cumin seeds let them splutter add chopped green chilies,curry leaves fry them for 2 minutes.


2.Then add chopped onion,salt mix well place the lid and cook for till onion transparent do not     overcook the onion,then add turmeric powder.



3.In a bowl, add water, besan flour(Those who are diet conscious,they can use rice flour instead of     besan flour) and mix nicely without any lumps.




4.To it add chickpea flour/besan and cook until it comes to slightly thick consistency,switch off the     flame.

4.Now poori curry is ready to serve with poori’s.

Bottle gourd capsicum cuurry | Sorakaya simla mirchi recipe


Bottle Gourd Pepperorsorakaya Simla Mirchi recipe: This is a delicious dish made with
lauki (bottle gourd),simla mirch (bell pepper) and tamatar combined together along with
spices and cooked until done.

INGREDIENTS:

Bottle gourd (lauki) - 500 g
Simla mirchi (bell pepper) - 250 g
chopped tomatoes small - 2(big 1)
chopped onion - 1
green chilly - 2
Turmeric  - 1/4 tbs
Salt
Chilly powder- 1 tbs
Chopped coriander
Oil - 2 tbs
Temparing: mustard seeds,cumin seeds,chana dal,urad dal-1 tbs

A STEP BY STEP PHOTOS TO MAKE LAUKI SIMLA MIRCHI RECIPE:

.Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds,chanadal,urad dal and curry leaves saute for a
 minutes and add onion,green chilly saute till onion half cook.



.Add lauki mix this and put the lid on and cook it for 5 minutes in a slow flame, after 5 minutes add   simla mirchi cook this till simla mirchi is tender.



 .Then add chopped tomatoes and let it cook for 3 minutes,and add salt,chilly powder,turmeric   powder let it cook it for 3 more minutes and add chopped coriander switch off the flame.


                                                

.Now your tasty sorakaya bell pepper curry  is ready to serve with rice.

sabudana vada recipe | sago vada recipe | sabakki vada recipe


Sago vada : Sabudana vada is an Indian dish, typically consumed in Maharashtra, India. sabudana vada recipe is also known as sago vada, sagubiyyam vadalu, javvarisi vadai across india. It is usually, served during fasting and festival season across india. sago vada,is a crunchy,tasty and spongy vada which will fill your stomach easily. But you will certainly crave for more and more with some spicy green chutney.



 A  simple sabudana recipe:

INGREDIENTS: 1 tsp chat masala 1 bunch coriander 2 sprigs curry leaves 4 number green chilli 1 number onions 1 number potato/small peace bottle guard 1/2 tsp red chilly powder 2 tbsp rice flour 1 cup sabudana





STEP BY STEP PHOTOS TO MAKE SABUDANA VADA RECIPE: .Soak sabudana in water for 3 hrs.

.Grate raw potato/bottle guard in a bowl, then add red chilly powder,salt and turmeric powder mix well.
To day i don't have potato i am using bottle guard.




.Then add green chilies, coriander leaves,curry leaves,onions chopped finely,cumin seeds and socked
sabudana mixwell.


.Add rice flour and chat masala now mix till it becomes dough then make a small dumplings and press them with the hands like vada.




.Now heat oil to deep fry in a slow flame fry till golden brown color.





.Now your tasty sabudana vada is ready to serve hot.
