INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Gongura leaves
1 cup Toor dal
9 green Chillies
1/2 cup Chopped onion
1/2 tbs Red chilly powder
salt to Taste
Turmeric powder
Water
Tadka - Red chilly,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,chana dal,urad dal,
asafoetida,chopped onion,garlic flakes,curry leaves
HOW TO COOK:
1.Take a pressure cooker add toor dal,gongura leaves,
geen chillies,turmeric powder,red chilly powder,salt,
onion and water cook them till u get 3 whistle
2.Heat oil in a pan add tadka saute for few minutes
then add the pressure cooked batter to this mix well
3.Garnish with cilantro serve it with rice,chapathi.
