ONION GONGURA PICKLE




INGREDIENTS:

2 cups Gongura leaves
12 Green chillies
1 Cup finely chopped onion
3 Garlic flakes
Salt
Oil
Tadka-Red chillies,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,chanadal,urad dal,asafoetida

PREPARATION METHOD:

1.Heat oil in a pan add green chillies,saute for few
minutes then add the gongura leaves and garlic flakes
cook till it soft.
2.Corsely grind the above mixcture now add chopped onions
3.Then put tadka saute for few minutes pore the above mixcture mix well
4.Serve it with hot rice along with ghee.
