INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Oats
1 cup Sooji
1 cup Butter milk
1 tbs Cumin seeds
1 tbs Finely chopped ginger
Salt
Water
FOR TOPPING:
1/2 cup Finely chopped onions
1 tbs Finely chopped green chilly
1/2 cup Finely chopped beans
HOW TO COOK:
1.First make oats into fine powder
2.Then take a bowl mix all ingredients (oats powder,
sooji, buttermilk,salt,cumin seeds,ginger,water)like
dosa batter
3.Heat the pan,pore dosa batter spread it now top
it with onions,green chilly,beans and sprinkle
some oil on top of it
4.Cover it with lid cook it for 2 minutes then serve
it with peanut powder or any other powder that
you have.
