INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Mushrooms
1 cup Diced onions
1/2 cup Diced tomato
1 tbs Ginger&Garlic paste
1 tbs Cumin seeds
2 Green chilly
1/2 tbs Coriander powder
1/2 tbs Cumin powder
1 tbs Chilly powder
1 tbs Chopped garlic
1/2 tbs Black pepper powder
2 tbs Oil & Butter
Turmeric powder
Curry leaves
Cilantro
Salt
HOW TO COOK:
1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds,chopped garlic flakes,
curry leaves,pepper powder and onions fry till it turns little golden brown
2.Then add ginger&garlic paste saute for few minutes add tomato,
cumin powder,coriander powder,chilly powder,turmeric powder
and salt saute for few minutes then add mushroom&little water put
lid on cook it till the moisture evaporates.
3.Garnish with cilantro.
