INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Diced potato
11/2 cup Diced brinjal
1/2 cup Diced tomato
1/2 cup Diced onions
1 tbs Ginger&Garlic paste
3 Green chilly
1 tbs Red chilly powder
1 tbs Coconut powder
1/2 tsb Peanut powder
1 tbs Coriander powder
Turmeric powder
Salt
Oil
Tadka-Mustard seeds,cumin seeds,chana dal,urad dal,curry leaves
HOW TO COOK:
.Heat oil in a pan add tadka fry it for few seconds then add
onions and ginger garlic paste fry till it golden brown
.Now add potato cook it till little soft then add the tomato,bri
jal cook it for 5 minutes then add red chilly powder,salt tur
meric powder,coconut powder,coriander powder,peanut
powder cook un till it soft
.Garnish with cilantro sreve it with rice and chapathi/puri.
