INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Basin powder
1tbs Tymol seeds
1/2 tbs Turmeric powder
1/4 tbs Baking soda
1/2 tbs Oil
Mirchi Bajji
Salt to taste
Water for mixing
FOR STUFFING:
1/2 cup Roasted chana dal powder
1 tbs Cumin powder
1 tbs Coriander powder
1/2 tbs Tymol seeds
1/2 tbs Chat masala
1/4 tbs Tamarind paste
Take a bowl Mix all the ingredients with little water
PREPARATION METHOD:
1.Take a bowl add all ingredents(basin powder,tymolseeds,
turmaric powder,baking soda,salt) mix well then slowly
add water and mix properly with out forming lumbs now
add hot oil to this batter(to get crispy bajjies)
2.The batter should be thick comparing to normal bajji batter
3..Rest it for 15 minutes
3.Take mirchi bajjies(if the chillies are too spicy remove seeds
and then put the stuffing other wise no need) slit the mirchi in
a center and add stuffing into center part of bajji mirchi,stuff all
mirchies as well
4.Heat oil in a bowl dip mirchi into batter slowly put it in the
hot iol
5.First we are going to half cook them after they slightly cool then
cut into small peaces agin deep fry them till they get crisp.
Serve cut mirchi with chopped onions,choppedcilantro,
chatmasala,lemon juice.
