INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Oats
1 cup Sooji
1 cup Butter milk
1/2 cup rice flour
1 tbs Cumin seeds
1 tbs Finely chopped ginger
Salt
Water
FOR TOPPING:
1/2 cup Finely chopped onions
1 tbs Finely chopped green chilly
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
HOW TO COOK:
1.First make oats into fine powder
2.Then take a bowl mix all ingredients (oats powder,
sooji,rice flour,buttermilk,salt,cumin seeds,ginger,
water)like dosa batter
3.Heat the pan,pore dosa batter spread it then top
it with onions,green chilly,carrot,cilantro and sprinkle
some oil on top of it
4.Cover it with lid cook it for 2 minutes then serve
it with peanut powder or any other powder that
you have.
