INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Boiled Rice
6 green Chilly
1 tbs Ground nuts/Cashew nuts
1/4 tbs Mustard Seeds
1/2 tbs Chana Dal
1/2 tbs Black Gram
1/4 cup Lime juice
1/4 tbs Turmeric powder
3 Red chilly
Curry Leaves
Cilantro
Hing
HOW TO COOK:
1.Heat the oil in a pan add Red Chili, mustard seeds,
when mustard seeds splutter add Chana Dal, black gram,
cashew nuts saute till all ingredients turn golden.
2.Add green chilly,curry leaves,hing,turmeric powder,
salt and lime juice to the tempering and mix it to
the precooked boiled rice.
3. Garnish with cilantro and serve it.
