INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Jowar flour
Salt to taste
Water
HOW TO PREPARE:
.Take a bowl add jowar flour,salt and hot water mix well
( this hot water helps gluten free dough)
.Make round balls from the mixture
.Now take each ball and press it with your fingers by
sprinkling flour on it and make it like roti(or press
it with rolling pin)
.Now heat the pan and place the roti on it as soon as
you put it on pan take some water and wet on top by using
cloth when this is all getting cook you just turn it to
the other side it will puff up.
.Serve it with any kind of curry.
