INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Poha
6 green Chillies
1 Onion chopped
1 tbs Urad dal
1/2 Red chilly powder
2 tbs Chana dal
1 tbs Cumin seeds
1 tbs Mustard seeds
2 tbs Peanuts
3 tbs Dry chana dal powder
6 GarLic cloves
Coriander leaves
1 Pinch hing
Curry leaves
Oil
Salt
HOW TO MAKE:
1.Soak Poha in water for 3 min and strain the water add turmeric
powder,salt,dry chanadal powder and garlic paste mix well and
keep a side.
2.Take a pan add oil,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,channa dal,urad dal,
peanuts,curry leaves,hing,mix then add turmeric powder,salt,mix
well cook till onions are cooked.
3.Then add soaked poha mixcture,and mix well cook for 5 min then add
coriander leaves chopped closed it with lemon juice.
