INGREDIENTS:
6 Bread slices
1 pinch Baking powder or cooking soda
1/2 cup Semolina
1/2 cup All-purpose flour
1/2 cup Water
1 cup Buttermilk
Salt To Taste
Oil
HOW TO MAKE:
1.Cut the edges of the bread slices and grind in a blender
to make bread crumbs. Add the white portion of the bread
and blender to make powder.
2.Add this with the bread crumb mixture and mix well.
3.In the mixie blender, add semolina,all-purpose flour(maida),
water, buttermilk, salt and grind to make batter.
3.Add pinch of baking powder or cooking soda in the bread crumb
mixture and mix well.
4.Heat a hot griddle and add some batter in the bread crumb,
mix and pour a ladle full of batter on the griddle or tawa.
5.Spread the mixture in circular motion. Drizzle some oil on
the sides and over the dosa.
