RAGI SANGATI



INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Rice
1 cup Ragi flour
Salt to taste
Ghee
Water

METHOD:

  1.Soak rice in water for 15-20 mins
  2.Take a pan and add soaked rice, water, little salt and cook with
    lid on until it is 80% done
  3.Remove lid and add ragi flour and mix nicely
  4.Add little water, little salt and mix nicely, later cook with lid
    on it on very slow flame for 5 mins
  5.Transfer into a plate and add ghee
  6.Now Ragi sangati is ready to serve.
