RED CHILLY CHUTNEY




INGREDIENTS:

10 red Chilies
3 chopped big Tomatoes
lemon size Tamarind
1 tbs Cumin seeds
2 Garlic cloves
Salt
Oil/Butter

METHOD:

  .Heat oil in a pan add green chilies and cumin seeds saute for a minute.
   Add the chopped tomato,tamarind and fry on medium heat for 4-5 mts.
   leave aside to cool.
   .Add this mixture in a mixi jar along with salt,garlic cloves grind to a
    slightly course paste.
   .Now your red chilly chutney is ready,serve hot hot  rice with ghee
    (with out tempering also very tasty with hot rice along with ghee)
