INGREDIENTS:
1 cup chopped Carrot peaces
1 cup chopped tindora
2 Green chilly
1/2 cup onion
1 tbs red chilly powder
1 tbs coriander powder
1 tbs cumin powder
1 tbs garam masala
4 chopped garlic cloves
Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Oil
Tempering-red chilly,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,chana dal,curry leaves
METHOD:
1.Heat oil in a pan add tempering saute for few seconds then add garlic cloves,green chilly,onion saute for 2 minutes.
2. and add carrot peace and tindora mix well place lid on fry un till carrot and tindora become soft
3.Now add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala and salt mix well after 5 minutes switch off the flame.
4.Your tasty carrot and tindora fry is ready to serve with rice and chapathi.
