MIXED VEGETABLE BROWN RICE KHICHDI


 Brown rice itself is the perfect baby’s first food due to the dense natural nutrition and fiber it contain.
for weight loss also this is the good one.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Brown rice
1 cup mixed Vegetables
(carrot,beans,green peace,tomato,onion,ladies finger,green chilly,cauliflower,potato,broccoli,bell pepper)
1 cup moong dal,toor dal & peanuts
Salt
Water

METHOD:

1.Sock brown rice and dal for 30 minutes
2.In a rice cooker/normal bowl add socked rice,dal,mixed vegetables,salt and water(5 cups )
   mix well put lid on cook it.
3.Your tasty mixed  vegetable brown rice khichdi is ready to eat with Rita/chutney.
