CORIANDER LEAVES CHUTNEY



INGREDIENTS:

1 cup chopped Coriander leaves
12 Green chilies
1/4 cup Onion
1 tbs Cumin seeds
1 chopped Tomato
3 Garlic cloves
Small lemon size tamarind
Salt
Oil/ghee
Tempering-red chilly,mustard seeds,jeera,urad dal,chana dal.

                                                         

                     This is the way i cut the vegetables and kept it ready before doing

METHOD:

1.Heat oil in a pan add green chilly,cumin seeds saute for a minute then add tomato,
  onion,tamarind,coriander leaves and cook it for few minutes then switch off the
 flame and let it cool down.

                                           
                                     
2.In a blender add this mixture along with salt garlic cloves and make a coarse paste.
3.For tempering heat oil in a pan,add black gram, urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds,
  red chilly  and saute it for few seconds
4.Pore this tempering into chutney mix well
5.Now your Tasty chutney is ready to serve with rice .
