CHANADAL AND MOONGDAL PULAGAM



                                                           

INGREDIENTS:

2 cup Rice
1 cup Chana dal & Moong dal
6 Green chilly
1/2 cup chopped Onion
2 tbs Cumin seeds
Salt
Oil/ghee

METHOD:

1.Shock rice and dal for 30 minutes
2.Heat oil/ghee in a wide vessel add cumin seeds,green chilly,onions saute for few seconds

                                                   
                                                     
3. Then add socked dal & rice ,water(6 cups of water),salt place the lid and cook.

                                                 


3.Now your pulagam is ready to eat with any type of instant chutneys(not store bottle)
