BOTTLE GOURD PEAL CHUTNEY






INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Bottle gourd peal
1/2 cup chopped Tomato
1/2 cup chopped Onion
2 tbs Peanuts
12 Green chilly
1 tbs Cumin seeds
4 Garlic cloves
1/4 cup Cilantro
Salt
Oil

METHOD:

   .Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds,peanuts saute for few minutes add 
    green chilly,bottle gourd peal,onion,cilantro and tomato put lid on cook till
    it get soft.
   .Take a mixi jar add boiled cumin seeds,peanuts make a fine powder of this and 
    add boiled bottle gourd peal,green chilly,onion,cilantro,garlic cloves,salt and 
    tomato  make a course paste.
   .Now your taste bottle gourd peal chutney is ready to serve with rice,dosa.
