INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Onion peaces cut them into length wise very thin
5 finely chopped Green chilly
1 cup Besan flour
1/2 cup Rice flour
1/2 tbs Red chilly powder
2 tbs Ajwain/Cumin seeds
1/2 tbs Baking soda
Oil for deep frying
water
salt
METHOD:
.In a bowl add besan, rice flour, salt, ajwain/cumin seeds, baking powder,red chilly powder and oil mix well now add the onion,green chilly if need sprinkle water and mix well again.
