EGG CURRY




INGREDIENTS:

2 cups chopped Tomatoes
1 cup chopped Onion
3 Green chilly
4 Garlic cloves
1 tbs Ginger & Garlic paste
1 tbs Red chilly powder
1 tbs Coriander powder
1/2 tbs Coconut power
coriander leaves
Turmeric powder
Salt
Oil
Tempering - mustard seeds , cumin seeds , urad dal and curry leaves.

METHOD:

• Boil the Eggs for 15 minutes , remove the layer and make a slit at the top of the egg , so that all
   the spice gets mixed with the egg and keep it a side.
• Heat 1 tbs of oil in wide pan , Fry the eggs  sprinkle red chilly powder, salt,turmeric powder
  till the eggs little golden brown.
                                               


• Heat oil in a wide pan add tempering  saute for a few seconds and  add green chilly , Onion ,ginger
   & garlic paste cook till the onion turn little golden brown color.
                                                                 

• Then add tomato , red chilly power, turmeric power and salt place the lid on cook till the
   tomatoes get soft . And add Grinded coriander, Coconut and Garlic cloves powder and add
to the curry.

                   

.Now add fried  eggs and water cook it in a slow flame for 10 minutes

                                                     

• Finally top it with coriander leaves and switch of the flame.
• Now your yummy & taste egg curry is ready to serve with chapatti and rice.
