CLUSTER BEANS CURRY



INGREDIENTS:

1 cup chopped Cluster beans
1/2 cup chopped Tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped Onion
2 Green chilly
1 tbs Ginger & Garlic paste
1 tbs Red chilly powder
1 tbs Coriander powder
1/2 tbs Peanut powder
1  tbs Cumin power
Coriander leaves
Turmeric powder
Salt
Oil
Tempering - mustard seeds , cumin seeds , urad dal ,chana dal and curry leaves.

METHOD:
1. Heat oil in a wide pan add  tempering saute for a few seconds and  add green chilly ,Onion,
    ginger & garlic paste  cook till the onion turn little golden brown color.
2.Then add cluster beans  cook it for 5 minutes add tomato , red chilly power, turmeric power 
   and salt place the lid on cook till it  gets  soft.
3.Add little water cook it in a slow flame for 10  minutes and add cumin powder, coriander powder,     peanut powder ,coriander leaves and switch off the flame

4.Now your  taste cluster beans curry is ready to serve with chapati and rice.
