1/4 tbs Red chilly powder

FOR DOSA BATTER:
1.Dosa batter can prepared in two ways (1)-using normal rice (2) using idly rice
2. If you are using normal rice for that 2 cups of rice , 1 cup urad dal,2 tbs fenugreek seeds
3.If you use idly rice for that 4 cups of rice use 1 cup urd dal,3 tbs fenugreek seeds
4.Sock rice,urad dal and fenugreek seeds for 6 hours and grind them.
METHOD:
1.Heat dosa pan pore the batter onto a heat pan make a thin dosa on this add one egg spread the
egg all over sprinkle little oil on top of it on this add red chilly powder,salt cook 2 more minutes
your egg dosa is ready.
