SARVAPINDHI ROTI


INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Rice flour
1/2 cup Corn meal flour
1 cup Grated bottle guard
1 cup chopped Onion
3/4 cup socked Chana dal
10 finely chopped Green chilly
1/2 tbs Red chilly powder
2 tbs Cumin seeds
1 tbs Ajwain/vaamu
2 tbs Sesame seeds
1 tbs finely chopped Ginger
1/2 cup finely copped curry leaves and coriander leaves
Salt
Oil
                                                   
 METHOD:

.Take a bowl add rice flour,corn meal flour,cumin seeds,red chilly powder,salt,sesame seeds
  and ajwain  mix well.
.Then add bottle guard peal,onion,green chilly,curry leaves,coriander leaves,finely chopped
  ginger and socked chana dal mix well if required add water(due to bottle guard peal it self
   having water init after mixing dough if require  add water don't add water before it self).



.Now take a pan sprinkle little bit oil in it take some portion of the dough press in the pan
 it self(before switch on the flame) this is the one way you can do.

                                                       
.In another way take a polythene sheet press dough on it and put whole at the center(due to that whole it  will cook properly) .
                                                           
.Now heat a pan by sprinkle some oil now place pressed dough in a heat pan cover it with lid in  between sprinkle some more oil on top of it in a slow flame cook till it gets nice color.
.Now your taste sarvapindhi roti is ready you can eat this with curd/with out curd.
