MASALA DOSA





INGREDIENTS:

Dosa batter

POTATO MASALA PREPARATION:

3 medium size potatoes
1 cup chopped onion
6 chopped green chilly
1 tbs ginger and garlic paste
1/2 tbs red chilly
2 tbs chana dal
2 tbs urad dal
1 tbs mustard seeds,cumin seeds
turmeric powder
curry leaves
little bit hing
coriander leaves
salt
butter
oil
                                                   
 

METHOD:

1.First boil the potatoes peal the skin and cut them into small peaces
2.Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds,cumin seeds let them splutter add chana dal,urad dal,ginger garlic paste saute till they turn brown
                                                 

3.Then add onions,green chilly,curry leaves,salt and  saute the onions little bit(we are not going to    brown the onions)    
                                             
4.Now add boiled potato,turmeric powder,butter and little water mix well  after 5 minutes switch of the flame.                                      
5.Finally garnish with cilantro.

METHOD:

1.Heat dosa pan pore the batter onto a heat pan make a thin dosa sprinkle little oil on top of it
  and add potato masala.
                                                           


   
2.Now your tasty masala dosa is ready.
