CORIANDER LEAVES RICE



INGREDIENTS:

2 cups Boiled rice
1 bunch Coriander leaves
1/2 cup chopped Onion
1/2 cup chopped Tomato
6  Green chilly
5 Cloves
6 Garlic cloves
1 small lemon size Ginger
1 tbs Urad dal
1 tbs Chana dal
1/4 cup Peanuts
Turmeric powder
Salt
Ghee/oil
                                                   

DIRECTIONS:

.Take a mixi jar add ginger,garlic,tomato,coriander leaves and make a fine paste.
                                   

.Hat oil/ghee in a pan add cloves, chana dal,urad dal,peanuts saute for a minute
 add onions cook for a minute.Then add  grinded fine paste,salt,turmeric powder 
 cook till  it loose its raw flavor.


.Now add boiled rice and mix well.


 .Now your taste coriander leaves rice is ready to serve hot.
