Curry leaves is good for hair growth,those who doesn't like to eat curry leaves
this is a good substitute.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Boiled rice
3/4 cup Curry leaves
1/2 cup Coconut powder
4 Green chilly
Lemon size tamarind
1/2 tbs Mustard seeds
1/2 tbs Cumin seeds
1 tbs Chana dal
2 tbs Peanuts
3 Red chilly
1/2 tbs Red chilly
1/2 tbs Cumin powder
Turmeric
Salt
Oil/Butter
METHOD:
.Take a mixi jar add coconut,curry leaves,green chilly,tamarind and make a little course paste.
.Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,chana dal,peanuts,curry leaves,red chilly saute
till dal gets brown color.
.Now add course paste,red chilly powder,cumin powder,salt mix well and cook till it loose its raw
flavor.Now add boiled rice mix well.
.Now your taste curry leaves rice is ready.
