LETTUCE SALAD


This is a very good diet recipe and also healthy protein and fiber rich recipe.
This is the perfect recipe those who wish to loose their weight.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup chopped Lettuce
1/2 cup chopped Tomato
1/2 cup chopped Bell pepper
3/4 cup boiled Kidney beans
3/4 cup sprouted Green gram and sprouted Lobia beans
1 tbs Red chilly powder
1 tbs Lemon juice
Salt
Oil

                                       

METHOD:

.Sock kidney beans at least 6 hours and pressure cook till u get 3 whistles.
                                                     
                                                   
.Heat 1/2 tbs oil in a pan add sprouted lobia beans place the lid and fry it  for 4 minutes and add sprouted green gram after 2 more minutes switch off the flame and add red chilly powder and
salt mix well.(these are 25% fried to avoid its raw flavor)
                                     
                                              
.Dry roast the bell pepper for 3 minutes.
                                               
.Take a bowl add lettuce,tomato,boiled kdney beans,dry roasted bell pepper,25% fried sprouted
  green gram and sprouted lobia beans and lime juice mix well.
                                             
.Now your taste salad is ready.
    [You can use raw green gram,lobia beans and bell pepper if u like,its more healthy]
