INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Boiled rice
2 big size Tomatoes/1 1/2 cup chopped tomato
3/4 cup chopped Onion
6 Green chilly
1 tbs finely chopped Ginger
4 chopped Garlic cloves
1/2 tbs Garam masala
1/2 tbs Red chilly powder
1 tbs Urad dal
1 tbs Chana dal
1 tbs Cashew nuts
1/4 tbs Mustard seeds
1/4 tbs Cumin seeds
1 tbs Ghee
1 spring Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt
Oil
METHOD:
.Heat some oil and add the mustard ,cumin,channadal ,urad dal and broken cashew nuts,curry leaves
garlic and chopped ginger When they turn color.
.Add the chopped onions and green chilly fry them till they turn transparent and add tomatoes
Fry for 5 minutes.
.Add red chilly powder,garam masala and salt keep frying for a minute.
.Now your tasty tomato bath is ready.
