VEGETABLE BIRYANI





INGREDIENTS:

3 cups Bashmati rice
1/4 cup chopped  Carrots
1/4 cup chopped Beans
1/4 cup frozen Green peas
1/4 cup chopped Potato
1/2 cup socked Soya chunks
1/2 cup chopped Capaicum
3 tbs Coriander powder
1/2 cup Pudhina
1/2 cup chopped Coriander
1/4 cup Black cumin seeds
5 Green  chilly
10 Cloves
3 Cinnamon sticks
3 Bay leaves
7 Cardamom
2 Javitri
Salt to taste
Oil/Ghee

                       




 METHOD:

.Heat ghee/oil in a bowl add black cumin,bay leaves,cinnamon stick,cardamom,cloves and javitri
 saute it for few minutes.


 .Then add chopped onion,green chilly,beans,carrot,potato put the lid and cook it for 5 minutes
  in a medium flame and add capsicum,socked soya chunks,green peas,pudhina,cilantro,corian
 der powder,salt mix well and cook till all the vegetables half boil.



.Now add socked rice,water mix all ingredients and cook it in a medium flame,till rice cook properly.

         
.Now your taste delicious vegetable biryani is ready to serve with raita/chicken /gutti vankaya curry.
.If your preparing for childrens remove greenchilly.
