INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Bhindi
2 tbs Sooji
1 tbs Red chilly powder
1 tbs Coriander powder
1 tbs Cumin powder
Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Oil
METHOD:
.Wash the bhindi and dry it well.slit bhindi into thinner slices.
.Take a small bowl add sooji,red chilly powder,salt,turmeric powder,cumin powder,
coriander powder and mix well.
.Now take a wide pan heat oil and add bhindi give that a mix.cover it with lid and cook it for 4-5 minutes.
.Then remove the lid and cook it for another 5 minutes till it gets nice and crisp.
.Now your bhindi ravva fry is ready to serve with chapatti,pulka and side dish with rice.
