INGREDIENTS:
• Peanuts- 2 tablespoons.
• Dry red chilies - 4-5 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoons
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Chana dal - 1/2 teaspoon
. Urad dal - 1 teaspoon
• Garlic(chopped) - 4 clove.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Onions - 1 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Green chilli - 3-4 numbers.
• Papaya pieces - 1 cup.
STEP BY STEP PHOTOS HOW TO COOK RAW PAPAYA FRY:
1.First Peel the papaya and chop them into medium size peaces.
2.Then heat a pan add peanuts, dry red chilies, cumin seeds, sesame seeds and roast them
till they get a nice color and make it into a coarse powder.
3.In a same pan heat oil,add mustard seeds,cumin seeds, red chilly when they crackle add chana dal,urad dal saute till they turn little brown and add chopped garlic,ginger, curry leaves saute for
2 minutes.
4.Now add green chilies,onions,salt saute it for 3 minutes now add papaya pieces mix well put the
lid and cook till it gets soft.
5.Serve with chapati or rice.
