paneer butter masala | How to make paneer butter masala recipe



Paneer butter masala recipe: Indian cottage cheese or paneer cooked in onion tomatoes,
cashew nuts to yield a delicious smooth creamy restaurant style gravy.This paneer butter
masala is served with any aromatic rice,jeera rice,roti,kulcha or naan.


A simple paneer butter masala recipe:

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cup paneer cubes(approximately 250 grams)
1/4 cup chopped onion
6 big size red tomatoes
16 number cashew nuts
6 garlic cloves
1 small lemon size ginger
8 number cloves
4 number cardamom
9 green chilies
2 tbs kasoori methi
2 tbs cream(nestle  media cream)
2 tbs kashmeeri red chilly powder
4 tbs oil
6 tbs butter
salt to taste

            




STEP BY STEP PHOTOS TO MAKE PANEER BUTTER MASALA:

1.Heat 2 tbs oil in a pan add onion,tomatoes,ginger,garlic,green chilly,cashew nuts,cloves,carda
   mom, salt  and water cook till tomatoes gets mash.And coll down the mixer to grind.


2.After coll down the mixture grind it to a fine paste.


3.Now heat a wide pan add butter saute for 2 minutes and add green chilly,ginger garlic paste
   saute till the raw flavor is gone.




4.Now add grinded paste,water according to the requirement(thickness of the gravy) put the lid
   and cook it in a slow flame for 10-15 minutes.


5.And add red chilly powder,kasoori methi powder( dry roast kasoori methi to make fine powder            instantly) and cook it for 5 minutes.


6.And  finally  add 2 tbs cream and switch of the flame.





7. Now your tasty paneer butter masala is ready to serve with,naan,chapathi,jeera rice.
