Potato fritters | How to make aloo bajji |Spicy aloo pakora recipe | Potato bajji


Aloo bajji pakora recipe:
Potato fritters are crispy and luscious snack made with sliced potatoes coated with spicy
chick pea flour batter.Bajji is a quick and easy snack which can be prepared in just 15 minutes.
It does not need much ingredients. You can prepare bajji with vegetables like brinjal,raw plantain,
onion,chilli,baby corn,carrot,cauliflower etc.Bajji or Bhaji or Bhajji is unique spicy Indian snack
similar to the pakora or fritters to day i am showing kids favorite allo bajji.

A simple potato bajji recipe:

INGREDIENTS:(240 ml cup used)

2 cups Basin powder
1 tbs Tymol seeds
1/2 tbs redchilly powder(according to your taste)
1/2 tbs Turmaric powder
1/4 tbs Baking soda
1/2 tbs Oil
Salt to taste
Water for mixing
  
STEP BY STEP PHOTOS TO MAKE POTATO FRITTERS RECIPE:

.Wash and peel the potatoes and make thin slices. Choose a little bit big size potato as shown below
  cut both the edges little bit then you will get equal size potato fritters,).



                                                                                        

.Take a bowl add all ingredients(basin powder,tymol seeds,turmaric powder,redchilly powder,salt)
 mix well then slowly add water and mix properly with out forming lumbs mixi it like a bajji batter.



 .Now add baking soda and hot oil to this batter(to get crispy bajjies).Rest it for 15 minutes.


.Heat oil to deep fry take potato peace and dip into batter and slowly put it in to hot oil and fry them  both the side till they gets golden brown.



.Take out on paper towel to observe excess oil.
.serve it hot,with sweet chutney and sprinkle some chat masala.
