Mix vegetable kurma with onion tomato gravy: Mixed Vegetable Korma Recipe is a simple, yet delicious recipe that is made with a combination of spices.It can goes excellent with puri,chapathi, roti,naan and biryani.

A simple mixed vegetable kurma  recipe:

INGREDIENTS:

Onions -  2 finely chopped
Tomatoes - 2 finely chopped
Oil -  2 tbs
Salt
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
dry chana dal - 3 tbs/50 grms
coconut powder - 3 tbs
poppy seeds - 2 tbs
cloves - 4
cinnamon stick - 2
cardamom - 2
coriander seeds - 2 tbs
Turmeric ¼ tbs
Curry leaves -1 spring
bay leaf - 2
tamarind - 1/2 small lemon size
Coriander chopped 1/4 bunch very finely chopped
Mint chopped 1/4 bunch very finely chopped
Mix vegetables (green peas, potatoes, broccoli, carrot) - 1 cup



STEP BY STEP PHOTOS TO MAKE MIX VEGETABLE SABJI RECIPE:


.First start boiling vegetables take a bowl add carrot,beans,potatoes and water cook till 50 % then add  cauliflower after 2 minutes switch off the flame. cut all the vegetables as shown in the picture above/  according to your requirement.



.Take a mixi jar add chanadal,coconut,green chilly,cloves,cardamom,cinnamon stick,coriander  seeds,poppy seeds and little water griend it to a fine paste.


.Heat oil in a pan add curry leaves, bay leaves,onion  saute till the onions are transparent add ginger  garlic paste saute till raw flavor is gone.


.And add tomato place the lid and cook till tomato gets  mashed(75%).Add red chilly powder,  turmeric powder,salt mix well and cook till tomato gets fully mashed.at this point add griended
 paste mix well  in a low flame cook till it woose out oil .




.Now add tamarind juice,water ,cilantro,mint and cook it for 5 minutes then add all 50% boiled  vegetables mix them properly With the lid on let it cook till vegetables gets soft,When the oil starts  floating on top switch off the flame.






.Now  your tasty vegetable kurma with onion tomato gravy is ready to serve with biryani,chapathi ,      naan,roti and puri.
